First National Bank Omaha's Cash Management group - First Financial Services (FFS) - offers a wide variety of corporate cash management services designed to help corporations maximize the use of their funds. Our focus on local relationships is bolstered with a strong customer service department where the average team member has over 15 years of experience. FFS focuses nationally on large billers (i.e. AT&T) and larger corporate clients who need high volume payment processing especially in the ACH and remittance processing areas.

Our products and services include:

• Treasury Link - gives clients fast, accurate, up-to-date information regarding their bank accounts via the Internet.
  
• Account Reconciliation - clients are offered a range of reconciliation services from full reconciliation to paid item reconciliation and Positive Pay (a great fraud prevention tool).
  
• Lockbox Services - First National Bank Omaha offers both automated (Retail) and manual (Wholesale) Lockbox services.
  
• Controlled Disbursement - gives clients the ability to fund disbursements to the penny and utilize additional funds for investment opportunities or to pay down a line of credit.
  
• Corporate Sweep - automatically invests excess balances at the end of each day.
  
• Automated Clearing House (ACH) Transactions - are electronic transfers of funds. These transfers may include the direct deposit of payroll, electronic checks taken via the Internet or over the phone or preauthorized debit of consumer accounts for bill payment.
  
• CD-ROM Imaging - clients receive digital images of checks and image-viewing software allowing them to a search for checks by serial number, dollar amount and account number.
